Faculty can use the Video Screening Form to reserve Main Library DVDs and VHS for classroom screenings. Please allow 3 business days to process requests.

Note:  Putting a DVD or VHS in the Course Reserves for your class does not guarantee it will be available on the date you wish to screen it. Please submit the form to ensure the film is available on the date needed.
